Privacy Policy

Data we use

We use the data needed to provide authentication, matchmaking, ratings, saved games, AI analysis, purchases, anti-abuse protection, and support.

Service providers

Creem or Paddle, as selected at checkout, acts as merchant of record and receives the data needed for payment, tax, receipts, subscription management, refunds, fraud prevention, and disputes. Toguz Arena does not receive or store full card credentials.

For one-time crypto package purchases, NOWPayments processes order and blockchain-payment data, including the selected asset and network, wallet address, transaction hash, and payment status under its own privacy terms. Toguz Arena never receives a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Hosting, analytics, and authentication can also rely on service providers limited to their stated service purpose. We do not sell personal data.

User choices

Users can manage account data, language, notifications, and support requests through the app or by contacting support.
